We offer the best benefits and pay package in the area with the opportunity to earn over $100,000Automotive Service Advisor Job SummaryAs a Chevrolet Service Advisor, you will be the face of our dealership's service department, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding our customers through the vehicle maintenance and repair process. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our valued clientele.The candidate for the Automotive Service Advisor role must have 3-5 years verifiable experience in the position.

Must be a high performer, able to produce income and outstanding customer satisfaction.Automotive Service Advisor BenefitsFlexible Work Schedule (4 day work weeks available)Medical and Dental401K PlanPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesPaid trainingFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityHealth and wellnessSaturday lunchesDiscounts on products and servicesAutomotive Service Advisor ResponsibilitiesOversee service orders and flow of drive laneEnsure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customerProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandledEnsure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.Distribute work between technicians efficientlyAnswer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessaryOversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service departmentSet schedules and assigns tasks to service department employeesReinforces company policies and adheres to company standardsEncourages compliance with applicable laws and regulationsMaintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relationsCollaborate with upper management to make service department hiring and discipline decisionsAutomotive Service Advisor QualificationsMust have 3-5 years verifiable experience as a Service AdvisorPrevious experience in hospitality, automotive, retailStrong customer service skills and communicationOrganized and friendly personalityDemonstrated ability to manage othersTime management skillsProfessional, well-groomed personal appearanceConsistent record of service and sales successStrong record of positive customer satisfaction resultsTeam oriented and self-motivatedAble to work with little supervisionValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbout UsOur team enjoys cutting-edge training programs, a fantastic culture and opportunities for advancement, which are company-wide focuses to help you grow both personally and professionally.
