You can rock this position if you have 5 to 7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience an ability and proven track record of getting things done are selfmotivated (this is a oneperson team) and the drive to be part of a creative fun and employeecentered organization. We are looking for someone who has multiple location oversight and is willing to travel 20% to 25%. Your travel time will be onsite in some of the biggest music industry towns Nashville Austin and Houston. Must thrive at problemsolving.
We are looking for a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. PHR SPHR SHRMCP or SHRMSCP Certification are preferred.
