Are you an experienced corporate governance professional looking to elevate your career with a global, SGX-listed company? Lico Resources is partnering with a leading international corporation to find a skilled and strategic Corporate Secretariat Manager for their Singapore office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to participate in corporate secretarial functions across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of Board and Committee meetings, including strategic preparation of agendas, papers, and minutes Manage SGX announcements and ensure timely disclosures Lead the preparation and filing of statutory and regulatory documentation across international markets Ensure group-wide compliance with Singapore Companies Act, SGX Listing Rules, and global corporate governance standards Build and maintain relationships with external service providers, auditors, and key stakeholders worldwide Supervise the maintenance of corporate and statutory registers for the group's international entities Direct the management of a comprehensive, multi-jurisdictional corporate secretariat database Oversee complex document legalization processes for multiple countries Manage CorpPass and similar international regulatory access systems

Required Skills and Experience:

Degree in Law, Corporate Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial services, with substantial exposure to listed companies and international operations In-depth knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and familiarity with corporate laws in multiple jurisdictions Proven track record in managing cross-border statutory filings and regulatory compliance CSIS / ICSA certification is highly desired Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus Strong leadership and team management abilities Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced corporate secretarial software Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional projects
