DEPARTMENT: Patient Services



JOB SUMMARY: Provide quality and timely non-emergent medical transportation services to enrolled American Indian and Alaskan Natives within our CHSDA and enrolled for care with the Health System for their health care, mental health or chemical dependency services. Community contact with tribal community, may involve children, adults and vulnerable populations.



COMPENSATION:  $19.82 hr.



MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION



High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE



One (1) year experience working as a driver or a client transporter.
One (1) year experience working with HIPAA and confidentiality.
One (1) year experience with working in a Native American community.
Six (6) months computer experience.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES



WA State Driver’s License and must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. ( Abstract Required )
Negative TB Skin Test or chest x-ray. Must maintain as a condition of continued employment.
CPR/First Aide Certificate. Must maintain as a condition of continued employment.
HIPAA training upon hire.
Must be able to pass an Agility exam to determine if physically capable of performing job duties.
Must abide by the Tulalip Tribes vaccination policy
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular full-time position.
