Patient is Female who suffered a stroke due to brain surgery she underwent to remove a tumor. She is on the road to recovery seeking a consistent caregiver Monday through Friday 12pm-6pm to take her to her Dr appointments, nail and hair appointments etc. she is stand by minimal assist. Due to her stoke she suffers with left side partial paralyzation.

Valid Driver's License Reliable Vehicle Automobile Insurance

Valid HCA Per I.D. # with Dept. of Social Services
Valid CPR and First Aide Certifications
