You will play a key role in managing financial performance and implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives. You will support business partners through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The Commercial Finance team is looking for a Sr. financial analyst with analytical rigor and strategic thinking to drive our business forward. This is an exciting role that provides finance support to business partners and leads projects. You will partner closely with Zurn Elkay’s business leaders and support the General Managers (GM) in achieving financial targets. You will identify industry/competitive trends and report insights to key stakeholders.Key AccountabilitiesCompile, track, analyze information to evaluate achievement of key operational and strategic objectives, as well as to monitor the overall financial and operating health/performance of the business.Develop, maintain, and distribute integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and financial models to support business analysis and decision-making.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis/special projects to assist management in understanding business performance and support strategic initiatives.Assist with the annual strategic planning and budgeting financial process. This includes collaborations with business leaders, data collection & consolidation process with FP&A resources and functional leadership and validating for completeness and accuracy.Develop new tools in order to drive scalable analysis and insight.Perform month-end closing duties as assigned (journal entries, account reconciliations, etc.)Compile sales bowlers for Commercial leadership and support countermeasures, as needed.Qualifications/RequirementsMinimum 5 years of accounting/finance experienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and particularly strong Excel skills involving pivot tables, dynamic formulas.Previous experience in Tableau is a plus.Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.Excellent organizational, planning, leadership, interpersonal and communication skillsStrong interpersonal communication skills and be able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy to understand mannerStrong problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasksHighly motivated with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated business acumen and understanding of processes to facilitate continuous improvement.Willingness to work extended hours as job dictates – e.g. month-end, strategic plan & budgetPrevious experience with ERP systems and consolidations systems OneStream software is a plus.Capabilities and Success FactorsBusiness Insight – Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals.Manages Complexity – Making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.Drives Results – Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.Ensures Accountability – Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.Instills Trust – Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.Total Rewards and BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, AD&D, and Life InsuranceMatching 401(k) ContributionHealth Savings AccountUp to 3 Weeks Vacation12 Paid HolidaysAnnual Bonus EligibilityEducational ReimbursementMatching Gift ProgramTHIRD PARTY AGENCY: Any unsolicited submissions received from recruitment agencies will be considered property of Zurn Elkay, and we will not be liable for any fees or obligations related to those submissions.Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
