Job Description:

Required Skills:

  • Strong Linux skills with a preference for RHEL

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and design infrastructure solutions identify gaps and architect effective solutions. Must be highly skilled and sharp.
  • Work on 23 projects simultaneously.

Project 1:

  • Upgrade Ansible from version 1 to version 2.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing infrastructure and configuration.
  • Modify thousands of playbooks used by user teams to upgrade and maintain their servers.
  • Ensure seamless migration for teams ensuring they are up to speed with no errors.
  • Automate the update process for the playbooks which are critical for production use.

Project 2:

  • Work on Digital Rebar and MAAS for endtoend provisioning of both VM and nonVM environments.
  • Build infrastructure in nonprod environments and replicate in prod environments.
  • Duplicate existing work and integrate Digital Rebar with tools and reporting systems.
  • Understand developer perspectives to ensure seamless hardware and software integrations.
  • Maintain the existing stack including Artifactory and Red Hat 7.8 with Ansible 2.8.
