*Job Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide/PCA/Companion to join our team. The Home Health Aide/PCA will provide personalized in-home assistance to patients, promoting their independence and overall well-being.

*Responsibilities*
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Help patients with mobility issues and transfers
- Document patient care services accurately

*Skills*
- Experience in patient care, assisted living, or home community care
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques and practices
- Familiarity with catheter care and long-term care procedures
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Ability to observe patient behavior and communicate effectively with patients
- Proficiency in memory care techniques
