ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a detailoriented highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join their accounting/finance team. As an FP&A Analyst you will work closely with the firm's controller and department managers in supporting the firm's various businesses. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Assist in preparing financial statements for senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the monthly financial reporting process including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Prepare adhoc financial analyses and reports as needed.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- At least two years of experience in an FP&A role preferably in parking operations or property management.
- Advanced Excel skills including but not limited to complex formulas pivot tables conditional formatting basic financial modeling and a basic understanding of Macros.
- At least beginnerlevel experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
- Extensive experience with financial reporting software such as Management Reporter.
