Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all project aspects including construction budget and cash management ensuring compliance with contracts and client requirements.
  • Develop and manage project schedules cost estimates procedures and resource allocation to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Create and manage the project organizational structure and staffing plans for each phase to meet deadlines.
  • Provide technical expertise during project proposals participate in bid interviews and handle contract assessments and client negotiations.
  • Engage with all project stakeholders including partners landowners and regulatory bodies and coordinate with the construction management team to identify risks and negotiate change orders.
  • Present monthly project reports to executive leadership and ensure compliance with safety programs and procedures.
  • Lead project closeout activities including finalizing contracts resolving claims and obtaining retainages while maintaining alignment with the companys values and strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field is advantageous.
  • 15 years experience in construction project management.
  • 10 years of experience in managing teams and personnel.
  • Over 10 years experience with water and wastewater treatment plant construction preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various project delivery methods including bidbuild CMGC and designbuild.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership attributes and the ability to manage multiple departments while effectively mentoring a team and delegating tasks.
  • Proven expertise in identifying and managing project risks financial acumen negotiating agreements budgets and fund recovery and promoting both personal and company.
