**Position Highlights:**
Join our team as a CDLA Truck Driver and embark on a rewarding journey with competitive pay comprehensive benefits and a commitment to safety and driver satisfaction. This position offers full truckload dry van routes and a structured home time schedule ensuring a balanced worklife rhythm.
**Compensation Details:**
**Starting Base Pay:** $0.98 per mile with Hazmat Endorsement; $0.95 without. Split per driver on all miles Driven
**Annual Pay Increases:** $0.01 per mile increase on your anniversary date for the first three years.
**Additional Pay Opportunities:**
CSA Safety Bonus: Up to $1025 every 90 days (with Hazmat Endorsement) or $825 plus 8 hours PTO.
OnRoad Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days.
Anniversary Bonus: $100 for each year of continuous service.
Detention Pay: Begins after only 1 hour.
Hazmat Premium: Additional $0.04/mile when hauling placarded Hazmat loads.
Lucrative Referral Program and other accessorial pays when applicable.
**Home Time:**
Expected home time every 11 days for 3 days.
**Benefits:**
Petfriendly policy for one small dog.
Practical Mileage pay for more accurate compensation.
Weekly pay and PTO accrual every 109000 miles.

**Qualifications:**
Valid and current Class A CDL.
At least 9 months of verifiable tractortrailer experience (6 months with an experienced teaming partner).
Clean driving record with no DWIs in the past 7 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
Must pass a preemployment DOT physical drug screen and if applicable a Human Performance Evaluation.
