Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Primavera P6 software to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules for mega projects.\r
- Coordinate interfaces between different project elements, ensuring seamless integration and efficient progress.\r
- Collaborate with project teams to identify dependencies, potential conflicts, and opportunities for optimization.\r
- Provide expertise in scheduling methodologies and best practices to drive project success.\r
- Communicate schedule updates, milestones, and potential risks to stakeholders effectively.\r
The ideal candidate shall have the following Skills:

- EPC scheduling experience\r
- Familiar with the \"update existing process\" within the Primavera environment\r
- Update schedules twice a month to incorporate actuals\r
- Development of P6 reporting layouts\r
- Experience working with multiple P6 integrated project files within one database\r
- Understanding of Critical path methodologies in projects with multiple float paths\r
- Support the development of schedule \"what-If\" scenarios\r
- Assist with facilitation of project review meetings\r
- Ensure sound logic is built in the schedule based off industry experience and knowledge of EPC projects\r
- Knowledge of the Advanced Work Packing process (Preferred, Not required)\r
Requirements:

- Primavera P6 Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential for this role. The candidate must be able to navigate the software fluently to create comprehensive project schedules.\r
- Experience with Mega Projects: Prior experience working on mega projects greater than $1B in size is highly desirable. Candidates should be familiar with the complexities and challenges associated with large-scale initiatives.\r
- Interface Knowledge: While deep expertise in interface management is not required, candidates should possess a foundational understanding of interface concepts. The ability to coordinate interfaces and resolve interface-related issues is crucial.\r
- Experience: 15-20 years of relevant experience in project scheduling and management, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical industry.\r
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.\r
- Owner's Rep Experience: 5+ years of experience working directly on the Owner/Operator side providing oversight of the EPC contractor\r
