Job Summary
AECOM is actively seeking a talented Mid-level Roadway Design Engineer based in Raleigh, North Carolina. AECOM Transportation Business Line provides a wide variety of civil transportation services to federal, state, county, municipal and port clients. As a Roadway Design Engineer, you will have responsibility for design on highway and roadway design projects.

Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support
    • Coordinate tasks and workflow with other team members
    • Clear and concise written and verbal communications
    • Assisting in the development of Roadway Plans and supporting materials
    • Ability to work effectively in a team based, collaborative environment

Minimum Requirements
    • BS/BA in Civil Engineering or associated technical discipline or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
    • Four (4) years of experience in transportation engineering projects
Preferred Qualifications
    • EI Certification
    • Must be skilled with Bentley MicroStation and associated design software
    • Familiarity with Open Roads Designer Software
    • Good communication, organizational and analytical skills are required
