team environmentFlexible work environment to support your unique professional and personal needsCommunity involvement opportunitiesYou have:Strong technical and analytical skillsThe ability to meet time constraints and deadlinesThe desire to build positive relationships with our clients and help them reach their business and financial goalsA passion for sharing your technical knowledge and professional skills with tax associatesAn inclusive and professional demeanor that supports our positive work environmentWillingness to actively participate in new client business generation5+ years of experience in a public accounting, tax consulting, or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in a Manager role, preferredA college degree in accountingHold an active CPA License, CIA certification and/or other appropriate professional designationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft office products and tax preparation softwareYou might also have:In depth knowledge of S-corps, C-corps, and PartnershipsThe knack for writing and sharing your accounting insights with our clients and prospectsData analysis skillsThe ability to speak multiple languagesIn this role, you will serve as the liaison between senior managers, partners, clients, and staff during all phases of an engagement.
