What will you do?
  • Manage the maintenance department to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment and ensures facility disruption due to equipment failure is kept to a minimum.
  • Responsible for developing and controlling the predictive maintenance of machinery, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment.
  • Track maintenance schedules and hours, spare parts consumptions, and warranty information.
  • Monitoring MHE and reporting unplanned equipment process malfunctions.
  • Work with contractors, equipment rental vendors and specialized MHE suppliers.
  • Support PLCs, laser scanning equipment, and AGVs.
  • Maintain quality standards and good housekeeping aligned to 5S standards.
  • Diagnosing: Identifying problems and determining the best way to fix them. Perform RCA.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolving issues with equipment, machines, and facilities / Utilities. (Hands-on Experience)
  • Responsible for the general upkeep and minor repairs of buildings, equipment, and machines as needed.
  • Have an understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance principles.
  • Others duties assign as per business needs.

This job might be for you if:
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience in Value Stream analysis; Lean concepts (ie. 5S, Line architecture / 2 bin design, material providing and handling / route design, work instructions, etc.)
  • Experience with root cause analysis utilizing problem solving tools identifying and correcting issues.
  • Ability to drive process and culture change in a mature organization
