Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing Position Title: Admin Clerk Working Location: Pandan Loop Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon Fri 8.30 am 5.00 pm, Sat 8.30 am-12 pm) Salary Package: Basic $2,000 + Performance Bonus Duration: PermanentKey Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain and update company databases and records. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documents. Provide support for office events and activities. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.APPLY NOW
GCE O-Level or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. At least 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
