[Job Description]

Post transactions and categorize records assigned by the accounting manager in the general ledgerIssue invoices to customer, record sales, and contact customers for outstanding balancesPrepare monthly cash reportsConduct month-end and year-end closuresReconcile sub-ledger to general ledger account balancesReview monthly closing procedures and prepare an inventory reportPrepare monthly and quarterly financial statementsPrepare weekly and monthly P&L projection reports to Korea HeadquartersMonitor A/R, A/P aging and follow upPrepare weekly AP payment listAssess internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areasPerform monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes in financial position/budget variance analysisAssist in the design and preparation of budgets for review by managementMaintain updated accounting records and files and reconcile fixed assets schedulesPrepare documents for auditsDirectly report to the Accounting Manager or CFOPerform other duties upon requests by supervisor

[Qualifications]

Bachelor’s degree in accounting5 ~ 7 years of accounting experienceExcellent use of Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel; very good with spreadsheetsKnowledge of the U.S GAAPKnowledge of US Federal, State, and local tax lawsAnalytical skills and detail orientedStrong organizational and communication skillsConfidentiality and integrityCPA license is a plus
