Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Relations:

    • Build and maintain relationships with journalists bloggers and influencers.
    • Coordinate and manage media inquiries and interview requests.
    • Monitor and analyze media coverage preparing reports and recommendations based on findings.

  • Social Media Management:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
    • Monitor social media channels engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

  • Internal Communications:

    • Support internal communication efforts by creating and distributing newsletters announcements and other materials.
    • Assist in organizing and promoting internal events and initiatives.

  • Crisis Communication:

    • Assist in managing communication during crisis situations ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
    • Develop crisis communication plans and conduct regular drills.
Qualifications:
