Duration: 12 Months Contract
Experience: 10 Years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement scalable robust and secure Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints documentation and roadmaps.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance within Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features releases and industry trends incorporating them into solutions as appropriate.
- Mentor and train junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Salesforce Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
- Technical Leadership: Proven experience leading and guiding technical teams in Salesforce projects.
- Architectural Design: Strong expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions including custom applications integrations and data migrations.
- Development Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and ETL tools.
- Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling data management and data integration within Salesforce.
- Security and Compliance: Knowledge of Salesforce security model including roles profiles permissions and data sharing.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g. Certified Technical Architect Application Architect System Architect) are highly desirable.
