Key Responsibilities:
• Precision Assembly: Accurately assemble components and machinery according to detailed blueprints and schematics.
• Tool Usage: Operate various hand and power tools including drills grinders and impact guns to perform mechanical assembly.
• Quality Control: Ensure all assembled components operate smoothly adjusting for fit and function as necessary.
• Machine Testing: Collaborate with the testing team to verify that assembled machinery meets specifications.
• Process Improvement: Support lean manufacturing initiatives to improve production efficiency.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
• Team Support: Assist with additional tasks as needed to help the team achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 5 years in assembling or repairing complex machinery with tight tolerances.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of hydraulic equipment and the ability to read hydraulic schematics.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; additional technical training preferred.
