Duties may include:

The person they can call when they need assistance. We call them our Caregiver Advocates. You will be assigned a Caregiver Advocate while in training.

3. Our Caregivers told us they didn't want a dead end job. They want a career. So, we now promote from within. Most of our administrative office staff started with our company as a Caregiver.

Devoted Guardians, Inc. in Tempe, AZ has 80 F/T positions available for Caregivers. Responsibilities are to provide assistance with the activities of daily living, from personal care, light housekeeping, meal assistance, to companionship. Work will take place in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Shifts included, 7am - 7pm, 8am-8pm, 7pm- 7am, 8pm -8am, 7am - 11am, 11am-3pm, 3pm-7pm. All shifts Monday-Sunday. Weekend and holiday shifts are regularly required. Voluntary overtime occasionally available.  No education, training or experience required.
