RN Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately assess, communicate, and document residents' status.
- Observe and report any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the Resident Care Director and other stakeholders as per regulations.
- Direct and oversee the daily responsibilities of the Resident Care Assistants.
- Provide guidance and supervision to the Lead Resident Care Assistants.
- Coordinate care requirements with external providers through an efficient case management process.
- Maintain a balance between service demands and resident autonomy.
- Identify and contribute to preventing elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation while adhering to state regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and personal emergency response systems promptly and know when to seek additional support.

RN Requirements:
- Hold a valid state license as an RN along with CPR certification.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program as per state requirements.
- Preferably have 1 to 2 years of nursing experience.
- Prior experience working with the elderly, whether in a paid or volunteer capacity, is highly advantageous.
