Duties/Qualifications:

  • Understanding, Passion, and Desire to work in Fine Dining
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a professional kitchen
  • Team player, Punctual, Sense of Efficiency, Knife Skills
  • Set up station according to restaurant standards for smooth service
  • Estimate food requirements and procure from storage based on menu
  • Follow recipes meticulously for efficient production
  • Plate intricate desserts with multiple components
  • Clean and consolidate kitchen/station to standards post-service
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Chef
  • Practice safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Servsafe certified or equivalent
