Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in remediation system design and management or oversight of operations, maintenance, and monitoring. In addition, the candidate will have some experience in data management and technical report production. Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical for this role.

This is a Technical Lead -track position, therefore, the ideal candidate must be able to work independently and productively in a collaborative team-environment, foster team building through inclusion and mentorship, display a high level of organization and communication, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn from Project Managers. For the right candidate, this position holds significant growth potential.


The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Remedial technology design

  • Modeling and analysis of subsurface conditions and remediation performance.

  • Interfacing and writing reports to clients and regulatory agencies.

  • Combination of office and field work to support projects.

  • Planning and conducting environmental field work, including remediation systems operations, maintenance, and monitoring, groundwater sampling, fluid level gauging and oversight of subcontractors.

  • Project Management tasks including budgeting, schedule and scope development and tracking

  • Flexibility to work on a multitude of diverse projects, a positive attitude, willingness to mentor junior staff, and commitment to workplace health and safety are imperative.

  • Travel to project locations including driving and overnight stays.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or closely related field and 4 years of relevant experience

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in environmental consulting

  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training

  • Master’s Degree is a plus

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to Health and Safety
