For our international client with extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, we are recruiting an experienced Engineer for the Wind department.

Your key responsibility will be close cooperation with the Implementation team to support design works and procurement activities for wind farm projects across various European markets.

The client is looking for a person who will work remotely but is willing to travel to sites once a week.

Scope of responsibilities:
  • Participating in procurement activities, including preparing Requests for Proposals, analyzing offers, negotiating contracts (regarding design works; balance of plant; roads, foundations, cabling; supply and installation of main equipment; service).
  • Reviewing wind farm layouts, Bills of Quantities, and civil and electrical designs througtout permitting, before tendering of works, during implementation and at the final as-built stage.
  • Cooperating with the Financial Department by providing technical information for financial simulations and supporting Due Diligence.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Master’s in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Civil Engineering).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the wind energy sector or related construction activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and basic CAD.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
