Are you ready to drive sales success in a fast-paced environment?

As the Chief of Staff, Sales, you‘ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and the Sales Leadership Team. Your strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring the entire Sales organization achieves its goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Proxy and Executor: Act as the proxy and executor for the CSO, representing their interests and making decisions on their behalf as needed.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CSO, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee key sales initiatives and projects, ensuring their timely and successful execution. Identify and address roadblocks to optimize sales processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions. Manage crisis situations with a calm and collected demeanor.
  • Succession Planning: Identify and develop potential successors for key sales roles, ensuring continuity within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in a sales or sales operations role
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience developing teams of varying experience levels, particularly those with recent college graduates.
  • A strong understanding of operational rigor and best practices.
