TrafficTechnology Engineer

Multistate design firm is seeking a Senior Traffic/Technology Engineer for their team in Phoenix Arizona

Responsibilities:

• Conduct citywide safety studies signal timing improving signal systems and evaluating/designing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
  
• Traffic design of traffic signals roundabouts pavement marking signing and temporary traffic control
  
• Lead QA/QC for the team
  
• Use technical experience to serve as advisor on complex projects
  
• Project management duties as needed
  
• Supervise/direct professionals/technical staff
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• May require minimal travel to job sites
  

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 6 years of traffic engineering experience
  
• PE License
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
