You are a progressive leader who inspires and empowers the culinary team, the leadership team, and all associates by displaying integrity and accountability while always striving for a highly performing team. You have an intricate understanding of all fine food preparation and presentation, personnel management, recruitment, service knowledge, and food handling/kitchen cleanliness requirements. You may have previous experience opening restaurants and a culinary degree. Sharing your knowledge and developing the others on your team is what makes you tick.

By creating a culture to serve and execute without boundaries, you attract, hire and retain the best possible talent in Nashville. You understand that Food & Beverage needs can change at any moment, and you adapt with ease. You assist the Executive Chef with oversight and management of departmental expenses, including labor, to insure a return on investment for our owners. Being hands-on and training your team is one of the most important pieces of your day-to-day.

The Joseph Nashville, a Luxury Collection Hotel re-imagines the hotel experience.
