Position:
Our company, Venza Care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lynwood Nursing Home. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and caring work environment that prioritizes the well-being of our staff. Join us in providing exceptional support to our residents in a family-like atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing care within a specific department or shift
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff in adhering to best practices
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians
- Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
- Facilitate communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding care

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Alabama or Compact LPN license
- Previous experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to delivering high-quality care and excellent hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations
