Reporting to Assistant Director of Enterprise Experience,the Senior Analyst, Customer Experience owns a portfolio of researchefforts to inform customer centric priorities within the NorthwesternMutual Customer Experience. This role requires experience with and apassion for customer research. In addition, individuals in this role,must have a desire to build a deep understanding of the enterprise toensure work and recommendations are aligned to the company\'s overallbusiness strategies and goals. A blend of analytical prowess,intellectual curiosity and strong communication / interpersonal skillsare needed to thrive in this role. Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the creation of and oversee all aspects of strategically alignedconsumer research, including questionnaire design, programming, andanalysis Manage ongoing panels of target consumers / clients to supportindividual research portfolio as well as critical research questionsgenerated elsewhere in the enterprise specific to the panels\'participants Access, gather, and perform data analysis and modeling tobuild insights required to make strategic decisions Work with vendors tomanage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment Presentfindings and recommendations to senior leadership with a focus ontranslating insights into actions Other responsibilities may be assignedQualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in business,engineering, mathematics, economics, psychology, marketing, or relatedfield 4 - 6+ years of professional experience Expertise collecting,analyzing & synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative insightsgenerating actionable recommendations Knowledge of SAS or SPSS for datatabulation, analysis and statistical procedures Prior experience withfeedback management tools (Qualtrics, Medallia, InMoment, Confirmit,Clarabridge, etc.) Strong statistical and analytical skills, as well asexperience working with data from diverse sources (quantitative,qualitative, various channels) Experience in problem solving, research,quantitative analysis and analytical working techniques Strong aptitudeand desire for learning new platforms, development, analytic andpresentation tools; modeling, analytic and quantitative techniquesStrong communication and presentation skills, with Powerpoint as theprimary communication platform Our Benefits Collaborative team firstenvironment Tons of room for career growth.
