Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years in leading and managing major Real-estate projects, IT Infrastructure & End User services Ability to prepare conceptual forecast based on requirement from Corporate Real Estate, Infrastructure and Network complexes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to manage and foster relationship with senior leaders or department heads and subject matter expert in a multi-tier vendor environment Experience in handling various compliance and audit requirements in the banking/financial industry

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Prince2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent ISEB or APM qualified Experience of working in a project team on at least 2 projects Knowledge of initiation, change management, risk management, and the principles and practicalities of running projects Proven experience of Microsoft applications Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships Excellent literacy and numeracy skills Manages own and others workload
