We are seeking an RN Or LPN to join our team You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

​Responsibilities:

  • Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
  • Educate and update patients on medical treatments
  • Refill medications, obtain prior authorizations as needed
  • Triage patients calling with questions or health concerns
  • Administer flu vaccines as necessary

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
  • Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current State of CT nursing license
  • CPR certified
