JOB SUMMARY : To perform duties associated with the Housing waitlist, ensuring all Housing policies, and procedures are followed. Complete the Housing eligibility process for wait list applicants to qualify for HUD & Tax Credit programs. Composes business correspondence, greets guests, answer and return phone calls, responds to letters and/or questions from applicants, guests or team members. Maintains an organized and efficient records management system and updated appointment calendar.
COMPENSATION: $25.31
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Bachelor Degree in Human Services, Business Administration or related field *Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
Four (4) years working experience with confidential information.
Four (4) years working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Four (4) years working experience creating and maintaining efficient filing systems.
Four (4) years administrative/clerical experience working in an office environment.
SKILLS TESTING
Typing 30 wpm

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
