Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Engage with customers through phone email and facetoface interactions to resolve inquiries and provide product information.
- Direct Sales: Identify sales opportunities and actively promote products and services to meet individual and team targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive a highquality service experience addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Feedback & FollowUp: Maintain relationships with existing customers providing aftersales support and gathering feedback for product improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales goals.
