The Clinical Coordinator II oversees behavioral health staff in our integrated outpatient clinic. In this position you will participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and directly supervising a team dedicated to providing quality behavioral health care to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree and Licensure (Associate or Independent) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience/knowledge of clinical best practices, therapeutic approaches, trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete background check.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Experience supervising behavioral health staff
  • Experience providing therapy to behavioral health clients
