  • Develop and maintain a process control program for Process Automation and Safety Instrumented Systems.
  • Manage process issue resolution and problemsolving activities.

  • Support procurement and management of spare parts.
  • Develop and implement engineering standards procedures and practices.
  • Provide technical advice for operation and maintenance teams.

  • Troubleshoot failures using root cause analysis.
  • Keep documentation software configurations and data up to date.
  • Assist in budget management and act as focal point for systems vendors maintenance contracts.
  • Drive improvement in process safety emissions and ESG targets.
  • Ensure hazard identification and risk management processes are in place.


Qualifications:

  • BS Chemical Engineering or related degree with 8 years experience as a Process Control Systems Engineer in chemical refinery or related process manufacturing plants.
  • Proficient in Process Automation and Safety Instrumented Systems interfaces protocols measuring methods field instruments and actuated valves.
  • Preferred experience in Yokogawa or Emerson s Delta V DCS systems and PLC systems including Honeywell and Rockwell.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to provide timely technical advice.
  • Able to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
