Essential Responsibilities

Role includes all aspects of site management to include:
  • Lead site operations with a focus on defined targets & objectives in safety, delivery, quality, cost, inventory and productivity in that order.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive waste elimination through use of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals.
  • Evolve strategic plan for the site to continually raise the bar in safety, technology, automation and productivity.
  • Manage and develop GE exempt and hourly unionized workforce with a strong emphasis on strengthening relationships with customers and partnering on improvement activities.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years site operations, logistics, manufacturing or related experience) + minimum of 5 years site operations, logistics, manufacturing or related experience
