We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Dayspring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care in Fairborn, OH.

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Fairborn, OH



Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care
  • Supervise nursing assistants
  • Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
  • Attend required trainings and events


Requirements:

  • Current Ohio LPN certification
  • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) a plus
  • CPR Certification required
  • Strong work history with excellent attendance
  • Positive attitude and passion for elderly care
