JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary responsibility will be to plan, review and manage the Supplier Audit Processes.

Other responsibilities can include:

  • Review and Assess Supplier Processes;
  • Identify Supplier Quality Issues;
  • Maintain Documentation & Reports;
  • Formulate or assist in formulating Supplier Management policies and procedures;
  • Provide Technical Guidance and Assistance to Suppliers and to NOV;
  • Communicate between Suppliers and Management;
  • Assist and Perform Supplier Evaluations;
  • Analyze Supplier Quality Performance Data;
  • Conduct on-site Supplier Audits as needed;
  • Support the Strategic onboarding and management processes for Suppliers;
  • Initiate and follow up on Supplier-related Corrective Actions & Activity Plans;
  • Prepare reports to communicate Supplier Performance and results of quality improvement activities to Management and to NOV Rig Technologies' local facilities
  • Maintain a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards;
  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned;
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

  • Knowledgeable in Process Improvement techniques and basic manufacturing processes / engineering principles
  • Knowledgeable in structured Root Cause Analysis processes
Education & Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years relevant industry / work experience.
Other Job Requirements:

  • Minor travel may be required.
