Job Description: Medical Writing Course Content Creator
We are seeking an experienced Medical Writer for a Course Creator role to design and develop a robust certification program for Medical and Non-Medical (Life Science) professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medical Writing, Scientific Communication, and Medical Communication, Curriculum Development, and a passion for education.
Position: Medical Writing Course Content Creator
Compensation: 1000 INR to 1500 INR per hour of video lecture content. (That means for 30 hours of course content you will be compensated between 30K-45K). Final numeration depends upon your experience and ability to teach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative video lectures on selected topics.
- Create supporting materials, such as slides, notes, and quizzes, to complement the video content.
- Ensure the content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with current scientific standards and practices.
- Collaborate with our editorial team to refine and enhance the course content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Design and Development:
- Develop a comprehensive curriculum covering all aspects of medical writing, including regulatory writing, scientific publications, and clinical trial documentation.
- Create engaging course materials, including lectures, assignments, quizzes, and multimedia content.
Content Creation:
- Write clear, concise, and scientifically accurate instructional content.
- Ensure all materials meet current industry standards and best practices.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the course meets educational objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from beta testers and course participants to refine and improve the course.
Assessment and Certification:
- Develop assessment tools to evaluate participants' knowledge and skills.
- Design a certification process that validates the competencies gained through the course.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical writing and course development.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology or relevant domain).
- Strong understanding of current trends and standards in medical writing and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and multimedia content creation is a plus.
