Excellent per visit rates

2 years experience necessary. A Minimum of Maters Degree needed

Physical Therapist:

  • We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapists to act as the patient’s partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation in the patient's home.

Qualifications: Current license to practice as a physical therapist in Pennsylvania, two (2) years prior experience in an acute or long term care facility, rehabilitation or home health setting; current professional liability insurance, current CPR certification preferred and, valid driver's license.to do assessments and treatments of clients in their home.
