Responsibilities:
· Provide cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to clients' preferences
· Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques through training
· Consult with clients to offer expert advice on suitable hairstyles
· Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean workstation
Requirements:
· Valid cosmetology license
· Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, highlighting, styling, and more
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and creativity
· Ability to work effectively within a team environment and have strong collaborative skills
We offer 50% to 60% commission, retail commission, 2 weeks paid vacation, as well as career growth opportunities and a vibrant work environment that values teamwork and creativity.
