Ensure all contractual requirements are met
Manage parts inventory

Monitor and control warranty expenses

Market and parts and service business Qualifications Proven leadership management and supervision skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated history of leadership
Familiar with automotive dealership computer software
Experience as automotive service manager is a must
Understanding of quality customer service
