JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Follow customer specifications, industry-recommended practices, and company procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform all assignments, duties, and tasks safely while following standard operating procedures.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain critical control points to ensure excellent process and product quality.
  • Set up and calibrate equipment accordingly per work order.
  • Communicate and coordinate all pertinent information to the appropriate Supervisor/ Manager to ensure effective and safe operations.
  • Performing quality checks throughout production runs.
  • Inform the Supervisor/ Manager or his designee of any interruptions or irregularities in the production line.
  • Follow all Company HSE and QMS policies and procedures; report to the appropriate personnel any violations.
  • Accurately create and maintain inspection and production reports as required.
  • Perform other various job duties that may be required by the Supervisor/ Manager or their designees.


Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions, and be a team player.
  • Self-motivated towards productivity improvements, quality, and safety awareness.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.
  • Flexible and able to accept and respond to multi-task assignments quickly, readily, and safely.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office; primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.


Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 yrs minimum of Quality Experience is required
  • Level II Certifications are required. NDT, VTI, MPI, LPT, EMI, UT
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate measurement tools and equipment properly.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
