  • Adept in online and traditional marketing & advertising strategy and highly skilled in visual communications and creative development

  • Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization.
  • Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating traditional media (inclusive of TV & video), online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness, and drip marketing initiatives. Proficiency in creative development and building plans for these channels is very important.
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
  • Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production, and web development, from the initial concept to the finished product and execution
  • Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences
  • Responsible for all aspects of projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring procedures

Required skills and qualifications:

  • At least 7 to 10 years of proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • B2C marketing/advertising experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
