Job Description:
- Assistance with personal care, meal preparations, errands, medication reminders, transfers (Gait belt, Hoyer/Sit to Stand, Pivot Transfers), other duties as requested.
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and other duties as visually observed and requested.
- Promote a safe environment.
- Shifts schedule Thursday - Saturday 9am to 1pm.
Job Requirements:
- Professional Certified Nursing Assistant (license does not need to be active) with excellent communication skills.
- Honest, reliable and compassionate.
- Desire to be a friend to the client.
- Have at least 5 years of paid caregiving experience
- Pass a comprehensive background check and reference check
- Pass PHC’s skills & knowledge assessment through the completion of training.
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Additional training/education a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
