The Capital District YMCA is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for our Men's Residence Branch

Our Food Service Supervisor oversees the general operations of the Food Service Department.

**The Food Service Supervisor will have the following requirements:**

* AAS or AS in Food Service Preparation, Food Service Mgmt. or related field preferred.

* Prior food service management experience required.

* Prior supervisory experience required.

* Prior work experience with the mentally ill population is preferred.

* Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.

* Excellent human relation skills, good organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.

**This is a Full-Time Position with full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Retirement). Starting salary is $14.47 per hour.**
