The Manufacturing Welder is responsible for weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture products according to drawings, specifications and other forms of instruction.

Responsibilities
• Weld components in flat, vertical, horizontal or overhead positions.
• Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend and grind component parts.
• Detect faulty operation of equipment and materials.
• Examine work for defects.
• Operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.

  • GED or equivalent desired.
  • Prior brazing experience preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to live and reside in the US, without sponsorship.

Pay Transparency Requirements
• The compensation and reference to benefits for this role is listed on this posting in compliance with applicable law. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that the compensation and benefits listed below are only applicable to successful candidates who are hired onto local United States payroll.
• At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated hourly salary rate is $28.00-$35.00.
