This position will be working a lot with quality assurance measures. Performing case reviews, analyzing/gathering/reporting data, performing customer satisfaction calls for surveys for Kansas Rehabilitation Services as well as helping out regions when needed to follow up with consumers on vacant caseloads to see if we can get them re-engaged with services. The person in this position will also be responsible for managing an email inbox where staff will send in questions; and the individual in this position will need to determine who the questions need to get routed to (ex: policy & procedure department; quality assurance department; training department).
The individual in this position will report to the data administrator with rehabilitation services and will also help with any other quality assurance work that is needed.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. College degree preferred.

Minimum Qualifications: One year of experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities relevant to VR programs. Education may be substituted for experience as determine relevant by the agency.
