JOB DESCRIPTION

Duration: 10 weeks

Introduction: This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and ensure product availability aligns with market demand. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving operational excellence. This will be a fulltime summer internship.

Key Responsibilities: Forecasting and Demand Planning

  • Assist in the development and refinement of forecasting models to predict trends and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand market drivers and incorporate promotional activities into demand forecasts.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to understand the impact of changes in demand on supply chain dynamics.
Educational and Skill Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with statistical analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with teams across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
